With my 15 years of professional health coaching experience as a certified CSCS sports trainer, my skill arsenal includes not just a 4-year kinesiology degree and holistic nutrition college studies; but also an extensive range of specialist certifications in training and gut health. Fitness and Nutrition Coaching
